3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

6. Acceptable Use

• All payments are processed through the Google Play Store billing system.
• Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Google Play Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refund policies are governed by the Google Play Store refund policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Warranties that our products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RK Textile and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
